The MaxCap 1:1 is our most efficient compact RO/DI system. A microprocessor-controlled module with an integral booster pump and automatic membrane flush lets it run at a 1:1 waste-to-product ratio — one gallon of waste for one gallon of ultrapure DI water — without compromising membrane life. It's the same low-waste technology used in our commercial PSP systems, miniaturized into a unit no bigger than a standard RO/DI.

Features

  • Microprocessor UHE control module — 1:1 waste ratio with integral booster pump for low-pressure areas
  • Automatic periodic pure-water membrane flush keeps the first drop as clean as the last
  • 0.2-micron absolute ZetaZorb sediment pre-filter — 5× the dirt-holding capacity of a typical 0.5-micron filter
  • 0.5-micron carbon block pre-filter with 20,000 ppm-gallon chlorine capacity
  • SpectraSelect hand-tested 98%+ rejection RO membrane (100 GPD)
  • Dual-stage SuperDI: MaxCap roughing DI + SilicaBuster finishing DI for the longest-lasting 0 TDS
  • Two dual-probe inline TDS meters — monitor purity at every stage
  • Pre-filters last 2–3× longer thanks to reduced waste flow

Specs

  • Production: 100 GPD at 60 psi, 77 °F
  • Waste ratio: 1:1 (run at 2:1 on very hard water to maximize membrane life)
  • RO membrane: SpectraSelect 98%+ rejection, hand-tested
  • Pre-filtration: 0.2 µm absolute ZetaZorb + 0.5 µm carbon block
  • DI cartridges: MaxCap + SilicaBuster SuperDI (high-capacity)
  • Included: two dual-probe inline TDS meters, liquid-filled pressure gauge, dual electric float switches, filter wrench
  • Warranty: 1 year

The UHE system fills an open-air pure-water reservoir (not included) using two float-level switches. The reservoir is required to fully automate the flush cycle — skipping that plumbing voids the warranty.

Cleaner water for plants, pets, and people

Reverse osmosis membranes reject microplastics, PFAS and "forever chemicals," chlorine and chloramine byproducts, heavy metals, and the dissolved solids that show up as taste and scale. That means cleaner feed water for your plants, animals, business, or family — and a lot less reliance on bottled water, which keeps plastic out of the landfill. Most setups run a 3:1 waste-to-product ratio on hard water and 2:1 on soft water, and can be tuned to 1:1 in high-purity feed areas or with a periodic pure-water flush. The system is built to last with field-serviceable filter housings, so you replace cartridges (not whole units) for years of dependable purity.

Note: DI water is not intended for drinking. DI resin is not made from food-grade material.
