30-day return window
Unopened systems and replacement parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less return shipping. Items must be in original packaging.
Defects and warranty
If your system arrived defective or fails within the warranty period, contact us before shipping anything back. We'll issue an RMA, cover return shipping, and repair or replace the affected component.
Out-of-warranty repair
We service every system we've ever built. If your unit is older than the warranty window, we can still inspect, repair, and re-tune it for a flat service fee plus parts. Most repairs ship back within 5–7 business days.
Before you ship
- Email support@spectrapure.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We'll respond with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
- Pack the system securely — original packaging is ideal.
- Include a copy of the RMA inside the box.
What to expect
You'll get a diagnostic write-up before any repair work begins. Nothing happens until you approve the scope and cost.
