SpectraPure ships every order from our Tempe, Arizona facility. We use UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL so we can pick the best service for your destination and shipment type.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping to the Continental US on qualifying orders:

  • Filters, cartridges, membranes, parts, accessories: $75 and up
  • Complete RO / RODI water systems: $150 and up

Carrier and service for free shipments are selected by SpectraPure (typically USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground). Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, APO/FPO, or international orders.

Live rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Domestic (United States):

  • USPS — Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express
  • UPS — Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air
  • FedEx — Home Delivery, Ground, 2Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight

International:

  • FedEx — International Economy, International Priority
  • DHL Express — Worldwide
  • DHL eCommerce — Parcel Direct, Parcel Standard
  • USPS — First Class International, Priority Mail International (where available)

If multiple carriers can deliver to your address, you'll see all eligible services at checkout and can choose based on speed and price.

Processing and delivery times

  • Order processing (in-stock items): 1–2 business days
  • Custom or made-to-order systems: 3–5 business days
  • Domestic transit (Ground): 2–6 business days
  • Domestic transit (Express): 1–3 business days
  • International transit: 5–14 business days, customs dependent

Cut-off for same-day processing is 2:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays begin processing the next business day. All delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and can change due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.

International orders

  • We ship to every country that our carriers serve.
  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier at delivery (unless prepaid at checkout under DDP).
  • Please verify that any product you order is legal to import into your country before placing your order.
  • Per our Return Policy, non-US sales are final.

Water system installation warning

All water systems and pumps should be monitored for leaks for at least 72 hours after installation. Install over a sink, drain pan, or shut-off valve where possible. SpectraPure is not responsible for property damage caused by improper installation or unmonitored startup.

Address changes, missed deliveries, and damage

  • Address change: Email Support@SpectraPure.com or call (480) 894-5437 before your order ships. We cannot reroute packages once a label is generated.
  • Missed delivery / wrong address: Re-delivery fees charged by the carrier are passed through to the customer.
  • Lost or damaged in transit: Report to the carrier and to us within 3 days of delivery (see Return & Refund Policy). Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
