This is a very good product, I am pleased with water quality that it produces. The problem is , they’re very slow filling orders and equally slow delivery. There is also an issue with their customer service and lack of notification when there is a problem.

Forgot all about the membrane filter and the silica filter. Many say you can purchase the silica sand yourself, for me it’s just easier to purchase a new one.
Great prices, fast delivery, and a MUST HAVE for any enthusiast. 10+
