10" remineralization cartridge for drinking-water RO systems. Adds back a small amount of mineral content to give RO water a fuller mouthfeel and bring its pH closer to neutral — drops into any standard 10" filter housing as a post-RO polish stage.
What it does
RO membranes strip almost everything, including the dissolved minerals that give water its taste. This cartridge re-introduces calcium and magnesium hardness in a controlled way so the finished water tastes like good tap water rather than distilled.
