What it does
OCB granular activated carbon polishes reverse-osmosis and distilled water by removing residual chlorine taste, musty odors, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that can linger in storage tanks. The porous structure of the carbon traps these contaminants at the molecular level, delivering crisp, clean-tasting drinking water. When paired with the calcite in this cartridge, it also restores a balanced pH and subtle mineral content, transforming flat, acidic RO water into naturally refreshing drinking water that feels complete on the palate.
