Product was in great condition and works very well

Been using a Spectrapure RODI unit since 1994 and it was time to upgrade. Nothing wrong with the old unit after all these years. A testament to how well build they are. My upgrade included an extra filter cartridge unit (5 stage) rather than the 4 stage I used for years. My only complaint is it says in the manual I would get a MaxCap DI-MC-10HC AND SilicaBuster DI-SB-10HC cartridges but the ones I received were not High Capacity. There was no HC designation on the package. I guess that’s why you choose which ones you want when you buy and the up charge is for the better cartridge. They need to change the manual description, I also waited very long to get the unit, because of a supply issue per the seller. I just hope this new unit outperforms my old unit for even more years of service.

I made the mistake years ago buying a cheap RO filter and it cracked and leaked all over. SpectraPure has always been quality products
