Color-changing SilicaBuster in the standard 10" shell. Same semiconductor-grade resin chemistry as the non-indicating version, with a visual exhaustion cue so you can plan replacements without a meter.
What it does
Final polishing stage for water that needs to be cleaner than mixed-bed alone can deliver. Reaches 18.2 MΩ and strips silica, nitrates, phosphates, and heavy metals to undetectable levels.
Features
- Reaches 18.2 MΩ resistivity
- Drives silica, nitrate, and phosphate to undetectable levels
- Color-indicating resin — visual exhaustion indicator
- Highest silica, nitrate, phosphate, and heavy-metal removal of any 10" DI cartridge we make
- Optimized for post-RO and post-distillation use
- Twist-top refillable shell
- Aluminized Mylar packaging
Specs
- Form factor: standard 10"
- Resin: SilicaBuster blend, color-indicating
- Purity target: 18.2 MΩ resistivity / 0 TDS / undetectable silica
Note on cartridge life: DI cartridge life drops sharply on low-pH or high-CO₂ feed water. Aerate or degas RO product water to strip CO₂ before the DI stage if needed.

Cleaner water for plants, pets, and people
Reverse osmosis membranes reject microplastics, PFAS and "forever chemicals," chlorine and chloramine byproducts, heavy metals, and the dissolved solids that show up as taste and scale. That means cleaner feed water for your plants, animals, business, or family — and a lot less reliance on bottled water, which keeps plastic out of the landfill. Most setups run a 3:1 waste-to-product ratio on hard water and 2:1 on soft water, and can be tuned to 1:1 in high-purity feed areas or with a periodic pure-water flush. The system is built to last with field-serviceable filter housings, so you replace cartridges (not whole units) for years of dependable purity.
