SO DISAPPOINTED

Company has gone from great to a disaster.
Unit broken, technical support never answers phone, doesn't return calls (from left messages).
One time I did manage to talk to then, they told me I needed a part which isn't even in my unit !! Calling again to try for a fix, silence.

Don't waste your money. Their product is good until it quits. This is the second RODI I've had from them. Previous unit, the pump broke. No replacements - not made any longer. So what do you suggest? Spend $1400 for a new unit was the response. Which is how I got the current piece of junk.

Noise with vibration

I’ve had been doing business with SpectraPure since 2001. I’ve had many calls and maintenance with my system that has been been providing purified RO water for many years. The shut off valve may be at the end of it's life, although it was changed in 2007. Great value but know if your 3-stage RO under the sink water filter is making a loud humming sound, this little part could be the culprit!

Fixed Auto Shutoff

I've had my spectrapure unit for over 3 years now. The auto shutoff valve failed a few months ago and I was manually turning my supply water on and off. This fixed the issue and was fairly inexpensive and easy to replace.
