It was delivered to the wrong house by UPS.
Spectrapure worked with me immediately to resolve.
The other house must have given it back to UPS and it was delivered to may house 5 days later.

I love the water testing pen, worth every penny. Get the one with the added temperature read out.

During the severe winter storms that just ravaged the country my RODI system froze and broke.
