Wrong part

Needed female threads on the canister. Sent email to customer service and heard nothing back. Found right part at bulk reef.....

Great experience

It was delivered to the wrong house by UPS.
Spectrapure worked with me immediately to resolve.
The other house must have given it back to UPS and it was delivered to may house 5 days later.
Shipping was fast, support replied immediately, and followed up to see that it did arrive.
Product was exactly what I expected and had perfect packing, fitment and operation.
