What's the difference between RO and RODI?

RO removes most dissolved solids. RODI adds a deionization stage that polishes residual ions for TDS-zero output — required for sensitive applications like reef-keeping and most lab work.

How often should I replace the membrane?

Most membranes last 2–3 years on municipal water. Watch for sustained rejection drop or slow flow at recommended pressure as the trigger.

Do you offer technical support after the sale?

Where are SpectraPure systems made?

Every system is built by hand in our facility in Tempe, Arizona. Membranes are processed and tested in-house before they ship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries. International orders may require a custom quote due to size and weight; contact us for a shipping estimate.

What's your return policy?

Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days. Custom-built lab and commercial systems are non-returnable but covered by a one-year performance guarantee.
