The MaxCap RO/DI Manual Flush system is our workhorse aquarium RO/DI — high-purity output, a manual flush valve that extends membrane life, and the same SuperDI cartridge pair used in our top systems. Available in 90, 150, and 300 GPD versions to match your setup.

- MaxCap roughing DI cartridge — 4× the capacity of a typical mixed-bed DI
- SilicaBuster SuperDI cartridge — removes silica/phosphate while matching mixed-bed purity
- Manual flush valve extends membrane life by flushing accumulated TDS
- Two dual-probe inline TDS meters monitor RO and DI performance

Low feed-water pressure? Add the BPHF-MF-115 Booster Pump Kit — it's the only booster designed for Manual-Flush (-MF) systems. Other booster kits are not compatible.

Cleaner water for plants, pets, and people
Reverse osmosis membranes reject microplastics, PFAS and "forever chemicals," chlorine and chloramine byproducts, heavy metals, and the dissolved solids that show up as taste and scale. That means cleaner feed water for your plants, animals, business, or family — and a lot less reliance on bottled water, which keeps plastic out of the landfill. Most setups run a 3:1 waste-to-product ratio on hard water and 2:1 on soft water, and can be tuned to 1:1 in high-purity feed areas or with a periodic pure-water flush. The system is built to last with field-serviceable filter housings, so you replace cartridges (not whole units) for years of dependable purity.
Note: DI water is not intended for drinking. DI resin is not made from food-grade material.
