My booster kit was one week late after I paid for overnight charges. There were no instructions in the packaging. There were parts missing which delayed me an additional week and when I call your customer service, no one answers. It goes to voicemail and then if your lucky someone calls you back.
If there are no instructions, how should a customer know how to put it together properly? I also asked about stocking our store with your filters and no one followed through with calling me back.
The resin filter has been used for 1 week and flushed per original instructions and it’s already mixed and going bad.
This was a great opportunity to earn our business and it failed miserably.
Furthermore, even after searching the website for instructions, nothing correlated to the specific booster kit that I got.
