We are very sorry about the issues you experienced while using our test kit. It is sometimes overlooked, but we do place instructions on the underside of the lid of the box. It is very easy to miss, so I apologize if this was the case. If for some reason the instructions are not under the lid, please let us know and I will check with my warehouse to make sure other boxes did not also have this issue.
