Our Scratch 'N' Dent SpectraStore is a list of items damaged in shipment, customer returns, one-of-a-kind items, or merchandise slightly used during research and development.

Some items may be in brand new condition but have cosmetic packaging damage only. We always repair or refurbish, to factory specifications and make sure they leave in acceptable working condition.  All consumable parts such as filters and membranes are new.  

These items are sold as-is without a warranty.  Please call if you have any particular questions regarding the systems before you buy.  All sales are final. 

As with any SpectraPure purchase, you get toll-free Technical Support from our experts for as long as you own your components.

Of course, because of the special nature of our Scratch 'N' Dent specials, exchanges for "better" (less damaged) scratch and dent models are not permitted. There is no way for us to identify what degree of scratch and dent is acceptable to you - it's a matter of individual taste.  Call if you have specific questions!
